Product Manager, Affiliate Products (Casino & New Verticals)

productremote / hybridfull-time

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own our affiliate products: conversion across our established casino sites today, and the new products we launch next. You'll own landing pages, offer blocks, toplists and new page templates: spec them, ship them with the dev team, measure, and iterate. You'll also own how those clicks are tracked, so the numbers you're judged on are ones you can trust. On the existing sites, the job comes down to two numbers. Every change you ship should do at least one of these: - Bring more affiliate link clicks. - Bring more organic search traffic. And no change should win on one at the cost of the other. A layout that lifts clicks but loses rankings is a loss. So is an SEO gain that buries the offers. Where your job stops: SEO and content bring the traffic, you turn it into clicks, and Sales decides which operators those clicks go to and owns the deal economics behind them. You'll work daily with SEO, content, sales and development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own affiliate click tracking end to end: define how clicks are measured, get it implemented reliably across every site and template, and keep it accurate as pages change. It's the number your work is judged on, so it has to be one everyone trusts.
  • Own affiliate link clicks across all casino sites: page-level click-through rate, offer-block performance, and toplist design and format (Sales owns which operators appear and in what order).
  • Run a continuous experimentation programme built for long-tail affiliate traffic: template-level and aggregated tests, not single-page A/B tests that never reach significance.
  • Write product requirements, user stories and flows the dev team can ship without a follow-up meeting.
  • Own the roadmap for page templates, offer blocks and new page types; prioritise by measured impact on clicks and organic traffic.
  • Watch organic traffic on everything you ship: spot a Search Console drop early and work with SEO on the cause.
  • Define, track and report the KPIs; give the COO a monthly read on what moved and why.
  • Own new products from zero to launch as we expand into new verticals: research the market and competitors, work out what users need, define the feature set and what the first version must include (and what it can skip), write the specs and get it live. Then run it on the same two numbers. This is a core part of the role, not an optional extra.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a PM or growth/conversion owner on a high-traffic, monetisation-focused web product: affiliate, comparison, marketplace or similar. iGaming affiliate experience is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in an analytics stack (GA4, Looker or equivalent): you define the metric, design the test and read the result honestly, including when it says no.
  • Hands-on with click and event tracking: tag managers (GTM or equivalent), outbound link tracking and data layers. You've set up tracking yourself, not just read the dashboards it feeds.
  • Working SEO literacy: you understand how templates, internal linking and page speed affect rankings, and you can hold a real conversation with the SEO team.
  • Technical enough to read HTML/CSS and a technical flow, and to write a spec a developer respects.
  • Has taken at least one product or major feature set from idea to launch, including deciding what not to build.
  • Commercial: you can explain why a change matters in revenue terms and get content, engineering and sales moving on it.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

What We Offer

  • From €65,000 base, depending on experience.
  • Fully remote, with the option to work hybrid from our Malta office.
  • Direct ownership of the conversion layer across a multi-market casino affiliate portfolio, and of new products from day one.
  • Small team, fast decisions, and a role that grows with every new vertical and product we launch.
