SEO Manager

operationsremote / hybridfull-time

We're looking for an experienced SEO Manager to own execution and performance across a portfolio of assigned sites and projects. You'll turn SEO strategy into action across technical, on-page, off-page, and content initiatives, and be accountable for growth in organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and commercial impact. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can challenge assumptions, bring clear recommendations, and roll up their sleeves to get results. You will report directly to our Senior SEO Manager, who sets portfolio-wide SEO direction and priorities, and work closely with our content, design, and development teams to make sure every page is technically sound and search-friendly.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own SEO performance and delivery for assigned sites and projects within the priorities set by the Senior SEO Manager.
  • Direct on-page and content optimization across assigned sites, from metadata and internal linking to content gaps and search intent.
  • Own keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Monitor performance through Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and other relevant tools; identify ranking changes, risks, and opportunities and turn them into clear actions.
  • Run technical SEO audits, convert findings into clear implementation requirements, and verify that fixes land correctly.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure new content is SEO-optimized before publishing.
  • Support the Content Team with content templates and brief creation.
  • Assess off-page performance, backlink profiles, and link opportunities or risks where relevant.
  • Maintain a prioritized SEO roadmap and report progress, blockers, outcomes, and next actions.
  • Support broader SEO and Content initiatives, including technical fixes, keyword research, competitor analysis, content uploads, and selected experimental or R&D projects as priorities change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with evidence of owning delivery across sites or meaningful projects.
  • Expert understanding of on-page SEO best practices, with strong technical SEO knowledge and a practical understanding of off-page SEO.
  • Strong command of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Comfortable working in a CMS and making HTML edits.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of affiliate marketing and iGaming.
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy and clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Vibe coding / Claude Code experience is considered as a plus.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote with flexible arrangements; optional hybrid work from our Malta office.
  • Small, collaborative team with direct impact and room to grow the role as volume scales.
  • Exposure to SEO, content strategy, iGaming affiliate operations, and experimental projects.
